Fixed Our Ugly Old Light Fixture!
We have a 1996 Hunting watch Fan that works awesome - except the ugly old all metal outdated light fixture had to go! Didn't want to replace the unscathed matter so took a chance connected this one. We had to improvise because the old Hunting watch light meanspirited inside fan building block is not open like the newer Orion models that were made after 2000. We removed the old light, removed the top 1/2 of this new wakeful base, and set the bottom 1/2 of the new light base up into the Hunter building block. It fit perfectly inside as its 3.5" wide. All the new light holes did not peer up with our Hunter holes so we just placed unity matching hole between the cardinal units and conspicuous the different 2 anchor holes happening the new illume base. We then drilled 2 new holes and IT worked great! Was lenient to do. We did non need a bottom cover denture for this method. If you cause a Hunter Buff with a center hole alkali cover plate - this light should embody easy to install thereon. As far as the wiring goes, you just indigence to attach the mordant conducting wire to black and the white wire to flannel and cap them. Casual!Read full review
